Working with local CREATE partners train 3 budget-making officials from the County Governments, 3 members of the budget and planning committee from the County Assembly, and 3 pillar leaders for 5 pillars each on integrating CAPs into the CIDP/ADP/Budget processes in Isiolo, Mombasa, Nairobi, Kilifi, Lamu and Kwale counties. (6 Trainings = 6 Days)
